A care home service provider in Penzance is seeking a compassionate Catering Supervisor to manage kitchen operations and ensure high meal standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all meals are prepared and served to a high standard, in line with individual dietary needs and preferences. This role includes supervising kitchen staff, managing food stocks and budgets, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and working collaboratively with the wider care home team to support special events and promote resident wellbeing. Your work will contribute directly to improving the quality of life for our residents through nutritious, enjoyable meals in a clean, welcoming environment.
