We are growing fast here at Housed and are seeking Sales Consultants to drive sales and performance for our Gosford offering. We are looking for individuals who have a strong passion for driving sales and building relationships, contributing to the overall culture and growth of our clubs.

The organisation:

We are a newly established, one-stop destination for all things fitness, offering spacious free weights and cardio areas, reformer Pilates, group classes, wellness amenities, and a basketball courts all in one comprehensive service.

The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels.
  • Booking appointments, coordinating gym tours, and communicating membership promotions/pricing options to potential members.
  • Accurately recording and processing information on our CRM regarding sales and members.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS, or in club.
  • Working closely with our teams to execute sales and promotions in club, whilst providing feedback to help refine strategies.

Personal skills & attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of gym equipment + amenities is a must.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their fitness journey.
  • Adaptive and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to varying demands.
  • Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
