Qualifications

• At least five years' prior experience in wealth management or investment management.
• Direct experience in product governance, preferably on the buy side.
• Good knowledge of relevant regulation including Consumer Duty, PROD, MiFID II.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the product approval and review framework.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Engage with external stakeholders to promote best practices in product governance.
• Develop and analyze governance information for decision-making.
