Job summary

A leading agricultural firm in Sevenoaks seeks enthusiastic candidates for a driving role on a fixed-term contract from March 2026. You'll supervise harvest teams across various fields, ensuring quality and timely operations while driving equipment. Candidates should be dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working in fast-paced outdoor conditions. Flexibility to work 6 days a week between 6am and 6pm is essential. Full training, including driving assessments, will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor conditions.
• Good physical stamina is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the tractor clean and safe.
• Supervise the harvest team according to schedule and quality specs.
• Move, set up, and run irrigators and pipelines.
• Drive equipment to the harvest team and check harvested crops.
• Transport harvested crops back to site.
• Secure crop covers on the fields.
