A leading UK airport operator is seeking a Security Operations & Performance Manager for London Stansted Airport. The role involves leading security process improvements, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring business alignment. Salary – Grade 4a – MAG Leadership grade. From £50k p.a.
Day working, Monday to Friday. Office based, some working from home also available.

Lead on security related process improvements and business changes and be the subject matter expert to influence stakeholders across the business when introducing new products into the operation.
Work closely with others to deliver security products and performance improvements in line with the short and long-term business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve Terminal Security efficiency and effectiveness, utilising performance management information to motivate and mobilise the Security Managers / Security Performance Managers and front line teams to drive continuous performance improvement against KPI service standards so that they are clear about their contribution to the overall business.
We are ideally looking for people who have previous Aviation, Airport, Airline or Transport Industry experience.
