A healthcare organization in Epsom is looking for a Bank Rehab Assistant Band 3 to support patients in their rehabilitation journey. The candidate will provide rehabilitation support services, reporting patient progress and working unsupervised. Key requirements include experience in healthcare settings, strong communication skills, and 5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent. Our ambition is to provide outstanding care to our patients and communities. You will work unsupervised, reporting patient progress and informing the treating therapist of any problems.
To provide rehabilitation support services and undertake specific skilled support work to aid the rehabilitation of patients in the community. Treatment may occur in the department, patients’ home or other appropriate setting.
Carry your own patient caseload, assess and treat routine patients within guidelines agreed by the treating therapist. Monitor progress and make minor alterations to patient treatment programmes as required.
Work unsupervised reporting back patient progress and informing the treating therapist of any problems. Receive guidance and advice on an almost daily basis.
