• Qualified accountant status (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing finance roles.
• Track record of influencing operational finance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance for Operational Excellence and War on Waste programmes.
• Partner with site leadership to understand waste drivers.
• Quantify and prioritize waste opportunities with clear financial metrics.
• Champion a 'waste is cost' mindset across the business.

Skills

Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent)

Strong experience in manufacturing or FMCG finance

Proven track record in operations-facing finance roles

Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, waste, yield, labour, and overhead drivers

Ability to influence senior operational stakeholders without authority
