A global communications company is seeking an HR Business Partner in Greater London for a 6-month temporary position. The People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner is a trusted advisor to managers and leaders within a business area, supporting the delivery of people strategies that enable performance, engagement, and growth.
Reporting to the People Leader, Engineering, this role partners with other PCBPs and Talent Partners to implement people initiatives aligned to business priorities, providing guidance on organization design, talent development, performance, inclusion, and culture.
This role operates with a blend of strategic and hands‑on delivery — balancing business partnering with execution of core P&C programs. It supports the translation of global people strategies into local and functional actions, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
