The Strategic People Business Partner is a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a key member of the Products leadership team, responsible for aligning people strategy with business goals. This role drives organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and cultural initiatives to support sustainable growth and high performance across our Products Business. The business has experienced 25% headcount growth over the past two years and operates in a high‑change, acquisitive environment, making adaptability and hands‑on collaboration essential. We are looking for someone who is proactive, pragmatic, and willing to roll up their sleeves to make a tangible impact.
