Contract Senior Project Manager – London

Location: St Paul’s, London (site-based)
Contract Duration: Approx. 35 weeks (including 9 weeks demolition)
Rate: Circa £425 per day
Start: ASAP

Type: Full demolition followed by CAT B commercial fit‑out

• 5 floors + basement
• Approx. 30 sq ft per floor
• Kitchen & canteen installation

Role

We are seeking a contract Senior Project Manager to take the project from pre‑construction through to completion. The role requires strong commercial capability and hands‑on experience delivering London fit‑out projects.

The Senior PM will manage delivery via 2 Construction Managers on site and will report into the Construction Director (who reports to the Head of Construction).

Key Requirements

• Senior Project Manager with London commercial fit‑out experience
• Strong pre‑construction and commercial management capability
• Proven delivery of full demolition works and CAT B fit‑outs
• Experience managing Construction Managers / site teams
• Comfortable operating on £5m‑£15m projects
• Available immediately or at short notice
