This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic operational environment.***Key Responsibilities: (included but not limited)*****Health & Safety*** Uphold HSER standards and comply with all legislative Health & Safety requirements.**Operational Planning*** Create and maintain production plans for the corrugator and conversion areas.* Monitor progress and update schedules as operational needs change.* Track key planning KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.* Participate in daily planning meetings.**Material Management*** Monitor paper stocks and manage daily replenishment ordering.* Complete month‑end paper reconciliation and investigate usage variances.**Stakeholder Management*** Work with the Internal Sales team to align daily customer requirements with production capability.* Collaborate with Operations on initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.* Coordinate with Despatch teams to support delivery planning and communicate order status.**About You**We’re looking for someone with manufacturing experience, strong planning and time-management skills, and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure. With solid commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (ideally in Excel), and a methodical, detail-focused approach, you perform reliably in fast-paced, customer-driven environments***Minimum Requirements:**** GCSE maths or equivalent.
