The role

We’re seeking a Product Designer to help craft the future of Nscale. You’ll be a key figure in a cross‑functional product team while supporting our marketing efforts to create cohesive user experiences across brand and product.

At Nscale, Product Designers own the entire customer journey from first impression through to the finality of micro‑interactions within the product UI. They not only get the opportunity to define the vision of the product but can carry that vision through execution to launch, witnessing the direct impact of their ideas at scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with product and engineering leads to represent the user, facilitate design discussions, ensure design quality, and contribute to product strategy.
• Develop sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to validate concepts and hypotheses with your end‑users.
• Provide design specs, interactive prototypes, and design requirements to developers.
• Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Communicate and present your work, aligning stakeholders, explaining your process, and how your design aligns with the product goals.
• Work with marketing to ensure parody between brand and product, while assisting with the creation of marketing collateral when needed.
• Be autonomous and take full ownership of your work every step of the way.

What you need

• You have 2+ years of experience working on web‑based products or similar. You have a portfolio or PDF to reflect that work.
• You have experience collaborating, iterating, and testing with Product and Engineering to discover and ship solutions that exceed user expectations.
• A strong understanding of UX best practices.
• You have a solid visual design sense and clean command over brand, interaction design, typography, and motion.
• Experience working with and aligning different stakeholder groups around a common goal.
• You are a clear communicator.
• A passion for AI and technology is always a plus.
