This role suits experienced Technologists who play a key part in the technical development and delivery of architectural projects.

The Role

Senior Architectural Technologists are typically responsible for:

• Lead the production and coordination of technical design information
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction packages
• Support planning, building control, and statutory submissions
• Coordinate closely with Architects, consultants, and contractors
• Contribute to technical reviews and construction stage support
• Actively participate in team development and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

You are likely to:

• Have significant experience working as an Architectural Technologist
• Be confident in technical detailing and information coordination
• Have experience working within UK and/or Ireland regulatory contexts
• Be comfortable supporting projects through later design and construction stages
• Strong understanding of CAD/BIM workflows and how they support effective project delivery
