A leading Shopify agency in the UK is seeking a technically-minded CRM Specialist to join their retention team. You will lead the strategy for Klaviyo accounts, optimizing complex customer journeys and segmentation strategies. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, with advanced proficiency in Klaviyo and a solid understanding of Shopify. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with clients through data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies.
We are looking for a technically-minded CRM Specialist to join our retention team. Focused on building sophisticated, data-driven engines that turn one-time buyers into lifelong brand advocates. As a Shopify Platinum Partner, we work with high-growth merchants who require advanced lifecycle strategies. You will be one of the architects behind these journeys, leveraging Klaviyo to its full potential. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy the marriage of technical logic (flows, triggers, and data feeds) and high-level strategy.
