A modern QSR brand is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand activation across the UK. This position focuses on driving brand impact, optimizing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams and franchise partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the QSR sector, a proven record of commercial growth, and a deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial consumers, with potential for progression to Head of Brand.

Qualifications

• Extensive marketing and brand experience within QSR or high-volume hospitality.
• Proven track record of driving brand-led commercial growth, ideally in multi-site or franchised environments.
• Strong experience managing agency partners and marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and activate the SpudBros Express brand across the UK.
• Drive strong brand and commercial performance across various metrics.
• Design and roll out local store marketing playbooks and toolkits.
