Job summary

A leading Southwest motor dealer is seeking a Senior Parts Advisor to enhance customer satisfaction by identifying and issuing the correct parts. You will handle incoming calls, promote products, and analyze sales data. The ideal candidate will have motor trade parts experience, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and ideally familiar with CDK Drive. Senior Parts Advisor or Parts Advisor

The Role

The main purpose of a Vospers Senior/Parts Advisor is to satisfy customer needs by identifying and issuing the correct parts, to maximize all sales opportunities and work closely with other team members and Sales Representatives to identify and convert sales growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• To assist in answering incoming phone calls within our call center at peak times.
• Offer existing customers who call in at least one product from any of our promotions.
• Aim to make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to recover any potential lost sales, add link sell opportunities or cross sell aftermarket parts on price led enquiries.
• Annalise sales data to understand what products can be promoted to specific customers.
• Record any customers concerns and report to the Parts Manager.
• Record any lost sales on database.
• Assist the parts advisors with complex situations I.E customer querys and look up of parts.
• Cover for the parts Supervisor in his absence.
• Set examples at all times for staff to follow in respect of our core values.

Experience and Qualifications
