Personal Tax Assistant Manager | £47,500 - £55,000

A growing accountancy and advisory firm is looking for a Personal Tax Assistant Manager with strong employment tax experience to join its tax team.

The role combines advisory and compliance work, supporting business owners, property clients, and high-net-worth individuals. It’s well-suited to someone stepping up into an Assistant Manager role or an existing AM looking for a new challenge in a supportive, progression-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising clients on employment tax matters, including benefits, rewards, NMW, CIS and (where relevant) international employments
• Supporting businesses on employment tax issues linked to acquisitions and disposals
• Assisting with remuneration planning, including share incentive schemes
• Providing advice across capital taxes (including IHT) and property tax projects
• Getting involved in wider personal and international tax work as your experience grows
• Coaching and developing junior tax team members

• Experience in private client / personal tax, with strong employment tax exposure
