Qualifications

• Experience in fitting, replacing, and repairing door locks is essential.
• Excellent painting skills are beneficial.
• Experience of bricklaying is an asset.
• Experience working in a hospital or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out building repairs and maintain the internal and external building fabric.
• Deal with incidents such as damaged fire doors and lost keys.
• Assist other craftsmen within the Estates Department.
• Work flexibly within the Estates Team on various maintenance tasks.
