Job summary

A leading repair and maintenance firm in the UK is looking for an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trade operative on a permanent basis. The role involves a variety of repairs, maintenance, and installation works, including carpentry, tiling, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience in the trade or NVQ and a valid UK driving licence. Offering a salary of up to £38,500 per annum, plus benefits such as a company van, medical insurance, and pension.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first and second fix carpentry, including kitchen fitting.
• Perform basic plastering, tiling, and painting.
• Complete general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Use all equipment safely, following Health and Safety requirements.

Skills

Experience in the trade or NVQ
