We are excited to announce we have an opportunity to join our Manager Academy 2026 as a Team Leader in our Brent Cross store. Our Manager Academy is a development programme designed for people like you - looking to take their first step in managing people or accelerate their retail management career!
As a Team Leader you will be seen as a First Line Manager, driving the success of your team and working shoulder to shoulder with your sales manager. You will support and develop your team of Sales Advisors, be accountable for their success, coach, develop and engage your team, embed product knowledge, and inspire them to deliver an unrivalled customer experience that you role model through leading an inclusive working environment.
On completion of the 3 month Manager Academy, the rate of pay for this role will increase to £14.76 per hour.
