A leading social care organization is seeking a strategic HR partner to enhance its Reward and Recognition strategy. This home-based role involves UK travel and focuses on coaching senior leaders while managing analytical insights on workforce trends. Ideal candidates hold a CIPD Level 5 with aspirations for Level 7 and possess a strong HR background. Location: Home Based with UK travel and occasional overnight stays
Contract: Permanent.
Hours: Full Time
