What You’ll Do

• ✅ Develop and roll out innovative HSE strategies and initiatives.

• ✅ Support the development of Safety Improvement Groups (SIGs) and champion a Fair & Just Culture.
• ✅ Provide insights and data‑driven reports to guide our next steps in safety excellence.
