A leading care home provider in Northern Ireland seeks a Care Team Leader to oversee a team of Care Assistants in Enniskillen. The ideal candidate will lead the team to ensure high care standards, handle medication management, and support both the Home Manager and Deputy Manager. Applicants should have relevant care experience and a minimum qualification of GCSE/NVQ 3. This position offers 33 hours of night shifts and competitive pay of £13.25 per hour.
The Home Meadow View is a beautiful, modern care home in Enniskillen, providing professional and compassionate care for up to 54 older people, including those living with dementia. As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you\'ll be all about professionalism, kindness, and compassion. The Care Team Leader role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role. Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.
