Qualifications

• Previous experience in field based electro mechanical maintenance and managing site based Engineers.
• Experience delivering to tight SLA’s in service delivery.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills and well developed analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide guidance to all direct reports.
• Ensure a timely response to customer calls in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Undertake performance evaluation of staff regularly.
