The ideal candidate will possess a Carpentry & Joinery qualification and at least 3 years of experience in maintenance roles. Work as part of the Facilities Management Team you will play a key role in planning and completing a range of works with the main responsibility for the completion of planned, reactive and remedial repairs to the Fire Doors & Fire Compartments as directed by the LSFM Helpdesk on a range of works mainly associated with joinery, however also experience in tiling, drainage, minor roof repairs, finishes, plastering, flooring etc to building fabric systems or any required minor building fabric repairs dependent on relevant experience.
