Qualifications

  • Must have worked with pupils who are autistic.
  • Can communicate in various ways for non-verbal pupils.
  • Ability to support and understand challenging behavior.
  • Flexible in working with pupils aged 4 to 11.
  • Creative in delivering accessible lessons.
  • Familiar with autism strategies like TEACCH and PODD.
