Job summary

A leading automotive parts company in Winsford is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound inquiries and provide sales quotations. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales abilities and experience in customer service, with knowledge of automotive parts being advantageous. This position offers ongoing training, a competitive salary, and various employee perks. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 5:00 pm with 28 days of holidays including Bank Holidays.

Qualifications

Overview

Our team at Winsford is seeking a candidate with excellent customer service skills and prior knowledge of the sales process to handle inbound parts requests, provide sales quotations on our bespoke platform, and maintain exceptional service levels.

Responsibilities include identifying suitable parts from our in-house database, quoting and selling parts into the B2B market via our online portal, responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Areas of The Role
  • To answer/respond to incoming messages on the parts portal
  • Provide good customer satisfaction in relation to all customer matters
  • Engage with other departments to ensure parts arrive to the customer within the agreed SLA’s
  • To ensure that all customer invoicing is carried out in a timely manner
