Job description
Overview

My client, a managing agent, seeks a Regional Facilities Manager with experience looking after multiple buildings in close proximity, comprising mainly offices. The role covers sites located in the City and West End of Central London. You will liaise with service partners daily and engage closely with tenants, as well as attending meetings with the owners of the portfolio. You will report to a Head of FM, with clear opportunities to grow and develop in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Manage site activities and cradle-to-grave project works, appoint relevant contractors, and oversee on-site operations.
  • Liaise with service partners on a daily basis to ensure service delivery and performance.
  • Maintain close tenant engagement and participate in meetings with portfolio owners.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial oversight related to service charges.
  • Support ongoing improvements and respond to on-site needs in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • IOSH/NEBOSH certification is desirable.
  • Experience managing multiple buildings in close proximity, predominantly offices, in the City and West End of Central London.
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion and appoint relevant contractors.
  • Experience with setting and managing service charge budgets.
