Overview

My client a niche Managing Agent is looking for a Senior Building Manager to oversee operations of a site in excess of 220,000 sq ft. It is key that you are customer focused. You will be required to put in all process procedures for the site and have an ABM and Engineering Manager you will work alongside.

Responsibilities

• You will have previous experience managing a site of a similar scale, with exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, and overseeing health and safety on site (IOSH or NEBOSH essential).
• Drive ESG initiatives and oversee fit-out works.
• Manage service partners on site and engage with end users (tenants) daily; maintain clear lines of communication (written and verbal) to operate this flagship site.
• Focus on tenant experience and partner with service partners to create a 'one team' ethos; be customer-centric.
• Opportunity to get involved in other developments as opportunities arise.
