We are looking for a Talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a creative and skilled pastry professional with a passion for producing high-quality desserts and patisserie for afternoon teas and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and sweet treats to a consistently high standard
Produce patisserie for afternoon tea service, special events, and functions
Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and attention to detail
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
Manage time effectively to meet service deadlines and production schedules
Contribute ideas for new desserts and seasonal menu development
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in professional pastry work
Strong technical skills in patisserie, baking, and dessert preparation
Experience producing high-volume pastry for events or hospitality is desirable
Passion for creativity, quality, and presentation
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
