Job summary

A well-known cafe company is seeking an experienced Production Kitchen Leader for their location in Bletchley Park. This role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and managing the kitchen team. Job description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Kitchen Leader to join the team at our Benugo cafe in Bletchley Park.

The cafe is open 7 days per week. The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days per week, including weekends/bank holidays, with shift patterns ranging from 7am – 4pm.

Rate: £13.80 per hour

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and assisting with the preparation of the Benugo food range – sandwiches, salads and deli items
• Delivering consistent high-quality product ensuring that food safety standards are always followed
• Preparing food
• Placing orders as well as assisting with stock control
• Organise the BOH team shifts and allocate duties as necessary
• Training and supervising of the production kitchen team
• Maintain all food, health and hygiene standards at all times
