Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a trusted second-in-command to a VP or Head of People.
• Deep understanding of UK employment law and oversight of European labor relations.
• Ability to communicate with clarity and build strong relationships with executives.
• Experience in building scalable HR processes and using AI to improve efficiency.
• Calmness and fairness in handling sensitive employee relations.
• Previous experience with French labor law and language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities
