Job summary

A leading independent healthcare provider in Stirling is looking for an Engineering Technician to ensure prompt completion of maintenance work. The role requires a CSCS Card, a relevant engineering qualification, and the ability to provide technical support. Responsibilities include training staff and compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications

  • Current CSCS Card at appropriate level of qualification required.
  • Willingness to act as AP and RP Medgas is essential.
  • Time-served apprenticeship in a Mechanical or Electrical biased discipline essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety guidelines required.
  • Understanding of L8 Legionella ACOP within hospital buildings.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure completion of all work orders for planned maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide engineering maintenance and breakdown support.
  • Train and mentor site-based technicians or engineering assistants.
  • Support local hospital managers with engineering advice.
