Qualifications

• Included on GMC Specialist Register (General Psychiatry) or eligible for inclusion.
• Experience of multidisciplinary team working.
• Awareness of current issues and controversies in service provision.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment of patients in memory service.
• Medical leadership and consultation within the NMS and CTT.
• Training and supervision of medical students and colleagues.

Skills

High level of clinical skills

Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent teaching skills

Education

MBBS or equivalent

MRCPsych or equivalent qualification

Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field
