A design and impact agency in Truro seeks a practical and tech-minded individual for the Website & tech support role. This full-time position involves ensuring client websites are secure and performing well, supporting the digital team on WordPress projects, and providing IT support within a creative studio. Offering a salary of £25,000-27,000 with benefits including ethical pension and hybrid working, this role invites you to join meaningful, mission-led projects in a collaborative environment.

In addition to our creative and strategy services we also offer digital low carbon, and sustainable web optimisation and eco hosting, mostly to B2B clients.
We’re looking for someone practical, patient and tech-minded to join LEAP as our new Website & tech support. It’s a full-time, permanent role (Hybrid for someone who’s comfortable keeping websites running smoothly and helping the team solve everyday tech niggles as they crop up.
You’ll lead on our website maintenance and care packages – making sure client sites are healthy, secure and performing well. You’ll also support the wider digital team across WordPress builds, hosting, performance and launches, and be the go-to person for day-to-day studio IT support. If you like variety in your day and you’re keen to grow your skills in a creative, purpose-led environment, this could be a great fit.
