RPS is recruiting a Marketing Assistant to join our team.

With almost 20 years of expertise, Rally Preparation Services (RPS) is a specialist in building, preparing, and maintaining historic, classic, and vintage competition cars for prestigious lifestyle motorsport events around the world.

Working at the highest level of historic motorsport, we support our clients and their invaluable vehicles through our workshop and our sister secure storage facility, ensuring exceptional care and performance.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Assistant to work closely with our marketing manager and the rest of the management team in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing activities across both sites. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in promoting a highly respected brand within the automotive world.

This is apart-time role, with the potential to develop into a full-time position for the right candidate as the business’ continue to grow.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for cars, a logical and strategic mindset, and a strong creative flair. You should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and feel confident making considered decisions that align with our brand and business objectives.

Applicants should have hands-on experience in a similar marketing position or be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and content.

Ideally, you will be based within one hour’s drive of Witney, Oxfordshire, however we are also open to exceptional candidates located further afield.

Salary: £25,400 per year, pro rata. Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for the RPS website, including articles, blogs, and news features.
• Plan, prepare, and execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
• Design and edit high-quality visual content, including images, banners, and infographics using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support digital content production, including still photography and video; basic video editing skills would be a significant advantage.
• Manage and optimise effective Google AdWords campaigns.
• Represent RPS at events in the UK and, where applicable, overseas.
