Qualifications

• Two to three years’ experience within the translation industry.
• Ability to work independently and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for reporting including quality and on-time delivery metrics.
• Reviewing and maintaining SOPs.
• Assisting with audits, both customer and ISO.
• Ensuring efficient execution of quality assurance initiatives.
• Monitoring CAPA progression and ensuring timely completion.
