Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
  • Document patient interactions accurately and maintain detailed medical records
  • Stay current with medical research, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • Master\'s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a similar healthcare role
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software

Requirements
  • REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
  • Master\'s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program.
  • National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligible. Certification must be obtained within the first six (6) months of employment.
  • Current DEA number for Schedule II-IV Controlled Substances.
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
