A prominent care provider in the UK seeks a Senior Care Assistant to lead Care Teams in delivering high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities include administering medication, developing care plans, and mentoring staff. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, have experience in a similar role, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills. Our talented Senior Care Assistants lead our Care Teams to provide the highest standard of care, compassion and resident dignity. Working closely with the Nurses or Deputy Manager, you will be tasked with:

A leader: Our Senior Care Assistants lead from the front with a hands-on approach.
Qualifications: Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience within a similar role.
Fantastic people skills: Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong working relationships.
Caring by nature: An enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for making people’s lives that little bit brighter each day.
