Maintain deep knowledge of Lloyd’s applications, platforms, and business processes.Work with the Domain Delivery led on prioritisation of BAU, Small change and transformation activities.Experience in working in a highly outsourced environmentLloyd’s Market knowledge in relation to IT Applications/services..Management knowledge and general understanding of the IT infrastructure and service environments and end user technology used within the organisationKnowledge and expertise in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v4) framework and processes, with a focus on Incident & Problem management and Change, release & configuration managementExperience in managing third-party supplier relationships and associated agreementsKnowledge of data analysis and reporting toolsDiversity and inclusion are a focus for us – Lloyd’s aim is to build a diverse, inclusive environment that reflects the global markets we work in.
