• Manage Routine Maintenance, Aircraft Incidents/AOG’s.
• Conduct manpower planning and staff performance management.
• Investigate Maintenance Delays and implement preventative strategies.
• Coordinate base husbandry checks and lead Continuous Improvement initiatives.
