They will focus on developing and maintaining high-quality reporting solutions in Workday and Power BI, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. The role requires strong technical ability, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and the confidence to work with limited supervision on complex reporting tasks.**Key Responsibilities****-** Contribute to analytics initiatives by preparing clean, structured datasets for analysis.- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests in line with agreed standards and governance.- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Workday and Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.- Perform regular data quality checks, partnering with HR Operations and Payroll to maintain accurate and reliable core HCM data.- Gatekeep access to sensitive people data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal data policies.**Skills & Experience**- 3 years+ experience in HR reporting, analytics, or similar data-focused role.- Experience with Workday reporting.- Competent user of Power BI, including DAX fundamentals and data modelling.- Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to manage multiple recurring deliverables.- Good understanding of HR processes and data structures.Able to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
