• Proven M&E project management experience with strong electrical expertise.
• HNC (or equivalent) preferred in Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong Commercial, design, financial, and delivery know-how across contracts.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for quality.

Responsibilities

• Leading site teams and ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental and quality standards.
• Managing budgets, reporting, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Overseeing variations and tender additional works when required.
• Mentoring your team, driving performance, and encouraging growth.
• Building strong client relationships that create repeat opportunities.
• Offering technical support to clients and site teams throughout project delivery.
