A care support organization seeks a Deputy Care Manager for Maple Leaf Lodge in Birmingham. You will lead a team, manage service operations, and ensure compliance with care regulations. Deputy Manager – Adult Residential
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shifts: 7:00am - 4:30pm / 11:30am - 9:00pm / 7:00am - 9:00pm
Reporting to: Registered Manager
Essential: Must hold a UK Drivers License with access to a vehicle.
Maple Leaf Lodge supports up to 13 adults with complex needs, including profound and multiple learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.
What You’ll Do:
As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the daily operations of our supported living services. You’ll lead and inspire a team of support staff, ensuring that we deliver outstanding care and support in line with regulatory standards (CQC/CIW). We offer you the autonomy and responsibility to make a difference while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
