Directly Responsible to: Line Manager – Resident Service Manager
Supervisory responsibility for: Lettings Advisors
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Internal Contacts in this role are included but not limited to central lettings and sales teams, operational teams, portfolio managers, central marketing team, Harrogate & Liverpool central office teams.
External Contacts in this role are included but not limited to residents and prospective tenants, event guests, local letting agents, international booking agents, visitors, third party suppliers, contractors & clients.
Purpose of the role:
The Senior Lettings Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring properties are let efficiently, residents are supported throughout their journey, and landlords receive a professional and reliable service. As the senior lettings advisor, you will lead and oversee a team of field-based lettings advisors ensuring smooth operations across the portfolio. The role exists to drive sales performance, safeguard compliance and deliver exceptional service to both tenants and landlords. As a field-based leader, you will balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, travelling between properties, supporting your team, and ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. Travel & own car is essential, and candidates must live within a commutable distance.
