• Experience cooking for large groups (100 – 1300 students), ideally in a school or similar setting.
• Confidence working with fresh ingredients and following recipes.
• Previous experience supervising or managing a team.
• Good understanding of kitchen health and safety.
• Calm, positive attitude when working under pressure.
• At least one year of hands-on cooking experience.
