Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision.
  • Ability to plan engaging lessons tailored for small groups and individual students.
  • Experience in preparing teaching materials and writing detailed reports.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and teach engaging lessons working with small groups.
  • Prepare teaching materials and maintain registers.
  • Support students to develop confidence and independence.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and communicate with parents regarding progress.
