• Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults.
• Ability to communicate kindly with both residents and co-workers.
• Experience in recognizing signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a specific part of the care home.
• Deliver the best level of care to residents.
• Run the facility in absence of the Home Manager and Deputy.
