A regional health unit in Pembroke is seeking a Manager to oversee the Healthy Babies Healthy Children and other health programs. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in nursing, registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and at least three years of experience in public health. Responsibilities include program management and ensuring compliance with Ontario Public Health Standards. A competitive salary range of $109,328 to $125,584 per annum is offered, along with benefits.
Reporting to the Director, Health Promotion, the Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and managing the Healthy Babies Healthy Children and Healthy Growth and Development program which include, Let’s Grow, Nurse Led Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and prenatal education. These programs are designed to promote health and prevent disease in the Renfrew County and District Health Unit (RCDHU) area, in accordance with the Ontario Public Health Standards. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management, and supervision of assigned personnel.
