Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

You’ll bring your energy, passion, and strong cooking skills to our flagship Rotunda Restaurant, featuring an on-site butchery and bakery, plus a live-fire kitchen using embers and coal.

Rotunda is part of the wider Kings Place offering, so the ideal candidate will also enjoy supporting the events kitchen and working as part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Run your section efficiently, delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and care
• Work with fresh, seasonal, and sustainably sourced ingredients
• Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
• Ensure food safety and health & safety standards are met at all times
• Assist with prep, service, and stock control as required

About you:

You’ll ideally have 2+ years’ experience as a CDP, with a real passion for quality produce and modern cooking techniques.
